CASTING BREAKDOWN

We are seeking experienced Vocalists & Male & Female-identifying dancers with exceptional training in jazz, Latin, and commercial hip hop. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical proficiency, versatility across styles, and compelling performance quality.

We welcome performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, and union affiliations to portray female-identifying roles. Celebrity Cruises is committed to inclusive, gender-diverse, and color-conscious casting.

We are especially interested in performers who authentically reflect or have a strong connection to Mediterranean cultures, including Spain, Greece, Italy, and Turkey. We welcome artists from these backgrounds, as well as those who can demonstrate a genuine understanding and appreciation of the rich traditions, histories, music, movement styles, and cultural influences that define these communities.

VOCALISTS:

Seeking dynamic, powerhouse vocalists with exceptional stamina and versatility. Repertoire spans pop/rock, R&B, rap, and contemporary musical theatre. All candidates must be confident movers with strong physical awareness and performance ability.

  • Performers portraying female-identifying roles should possess a strong, supported mix/belt to F5, with legit extension to C6 required for select tracks

  • Performers portraying male-identifying roles should be strong bari-tenors through G4 and tenors extending to B4, with a well-developed falsetto across both ranges

ROLES:

F1: [POP/ROCK BELTER] – A powerhouse female-identifying vocalist with strong soul and presence.

  •  Must possess an effortless upper extension with the ability to belt/wail up to G5 with control and stylistic authenticity

  • Confident mover with commanding stage presence required

  •  Style References: Beyoncé, Celine Dion, and P!nk. Rap ability required for some tracks

F2: [POP/ROCK BELTER] - A leading lady with standout pop vocals.

  • Must possess a strong, supported mix/belt to F5 with clarity and control

  • Confident mover with commanding stage presence required

  •  Style References: Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga and Chapple Roan

F3: [POP/ROCK BELTER / LEGIT SOPRANO] – A versatile female-identifying vocalist with a true legit soprano and a powerful pop/rock belt.

  • Must have a strong, supported mix/belt to F5 and a sustained, effortless C6

  • Confident mover with commanding stage presence required

  •  Style Reference: Charlotte Church meets Carrie Underwood (“Before He Cheats”)

F4: [POP/ROCK/BARITENOR /ACTOR] – A charismatic female-identifying vocalist/actor (playing age 25–35) for immersive productions aboard our flagship vessels.

  • Powerhouse voice with soul, individuality, and control; must belt/wail to G5

  • Must embody a confident leading lady with strong acting skills and assured movement

  • Style References: Chic, Alicia Keys, Madonna, Whitney Houston, Adele, Jennifer Hudson

M1: [POP/ROCK TENOR] - A bold, charismatic, and highly likeable tenor with powerhouse vocals and strong star quality.

  • Must confidently sustain a full-voice Bb4, with the ability to extend to C5, and possess a well-developed falsetto

  • Confident mover with commanding stage presence required

  • Style References: Bruno Mars, Adam Levine, and Brendon Urie. Confident mover with dynamic stage presence required

M2: [POP/ROCK TENOR] – Seeking a charismatic, effortlessly cool baritenor with strong audience connection and natural stage command.

  • Must deliver solid pop/rock vocals, comfortably sustaining A4, with falsetto a plus

  • Confident mover with commanding stage presence required

  • Style References: Harry Styles, Ben Platt, and Bruno Mars. Rap ability required for select tracks

M4: [POP/ROCK TENOR /ACTOR] – Seeking a charismatic vocalist/actor (playing age 25–35) for immersive productions aboard our flagship vessels. Must be a true showman with strong acting skills.

  • Tenor extending to B4 with a strong falsetto and versatile, soulful pop/rock style

  • Confident mover with commanding stage presence required

  • Style References: Queen, Jamiroquai, Van Morrison, Robbie Williams, Santana, Michael Jackson

  • Billy Fleischer – A blend of Joel Grey (Cabaret) and Prince; quirky, elegant, fashion-forward, flirtatious, with a sharp, witty edge

  • Ziggy Lockhart – A charismatic, high-energy showman with a vulnerable romantic core; the heart of the circus. Think Hugh Jackman in The Greatest Showman

  • Ascent Eden – A contemporary, stylish leading man with a smooth, magnetic presence. Exceptional mover (Bruno Mars/Usher level). Styles include Justin Timberlake, Earth, Wind & Fire, Luther Vandross. Strong falsetto required

M5: [POP/ROCK TENOR /ACTOR] – an experienced, charismatic powerhouse vocalist/actor with strong immersive storytelling ability.

  • Playing age: 30+

  • Preferred height: 5’9”–6’2”, with an athletic build

  • Must demonstrate pop/rock and jazz versatility, with the ability to capture Postmodern Jukebox–inspired styles

  • Style References: Fats Waller, Bee Gees, The Weeknd

  • Vocal Range: Bari-tenor to B4 with a strong falsetto extension

  • Requires the ability to command an audience and deliver consistently engaging, high-impact performances nightly

  • Confident mover with strong stage presence

  • Musicianship a plus: piano, guitar, harmonica

BAZAAR PRODUCTION DANCERS

Seeking technically trained, athletic dancers with strong foundations in jazz, ballet, contemporary, commercial, partnering, and storytelling. Strong acting ability is required for all tracks.

Male-Identifying Dancers

Role Requirements

  • Height range: 5'8" to 6'1"

  • Strong, athletic physique preferred

  • Comfortable performing in culturally inspired, form-fitting costumes

  • Strong partnering skills required

  • Experience with traditional Flamenco dance is a plus

  • Background in gymnastics, acrobatics, or tricking is a plus

  • Must possess a strong stage presence and the ability to bring energy, artistry, and authenticity to Mediterranean-inspired storytelling

Female-Identifying Dancers

Role Requirements

  • Height range: 5'4" to 5'7"

  • Strong, athletic build with excellent physical stamina

  • Comfortable performing in culturally inspired, body-conscious costuming

  • Proficient in performing in 3" heels, including turns, jumps, floorwork, and partnering work

  • Experience with traditional Flamenco dance is a plus

  • Experience in gymnastics, acrobatics, or tricking is considered a strong asset

  • Must possess a commanding stage presence and the ability to embody the spirit, energy, and artistry of Mediterranean-inspired storytelling through movement and performance.

Must come prepared with 2 contrasting songs from the vocal audition packet below that best showcases your talents.

  • Please bring your best 16 bars (Pop/Rock preferred) in the proper key and have repertoire books ready if asked.

  • An accompanist will be provided.

Vocalists invited to the movement recall should bring appropriate form-fitting dance attire.

  • Female-Identifying Vocalist bring 3" dance heels.

  • Male-Identifying Vocalists bring character/jazz shoes.
