  • We are currently looking for experienced Vocal Directors to re-teach and maintain the artistic integrity of our award-winning theatrical production shows

  • A background in directing & teaching existing vocal arrangements to vocalists in a professional environment and or in the cruise industry is a plus

  • Must be well versed in pop vocal styles and be able to successfully teach vocal techniques to articulate the style. Our theatrical production shows styles range from pop, rock, R&B, RAP to contemporary musical theater.  We feature music from artists such as: Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Madonna, Witney Houston, Adele, Bruno Mars Adam Levine, Harry Styles, Ben Platt, Luther Vandross, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Jamiroquai, Van Morrison, Aerosmith, Frank Sinatra, Santana, Carrie Underwood and Michael Jackson to name a few

  • Strong piano skills required

  • Knowlege of running live sound a plus

  • Our vocal directors work with casts of 4-6 vocalists/singer dancers. We rehearse 6-8 weeks at our 135,000 sq. ft. North Miami based studio with a directorial team to include an aerial director, vocal director and rehearsal director to learn 3-4 (45-minute) production shows and 2-3 (15-20 minute) themed events

  • Each project consists of a 6–8-week shore side rehearsal process followed by a 2–3-week installation onboard our fleet of ships

  • This is a contracted vendor position with projects ongoing throughout the year

  • We provide transportation and housing for all directors during their rehearsal process as well as single accommodation whilst onboard during the show installations

  • We are seeking kind, talented, and nurturing individuals to join our entertainment family
