wardrobe supervisor / entertainment administrator

Supervises and executes maintenance of all Production and Theme Event costumes, wigs, shoes, props, laundry, bible creation and communication to managers and shore side. Effectively problem solve while experiencing the ever-changing scope of the unique environment of the entertainment cruise line industry. To assist shore side wardrobe install lead, achieve an efficient cast installation into pre-existing costumes within an extremely quick time frame.

Collaborates with the Cruise Director to review the requirements of the day’s administration and any other company related correspondence, notices, policies, procedures, and other related details. Administratively supports the Cruise Director’s management team, ensures all staff have received an evaluation from their appropriate supervisor/manager prior to departing the ship and that evaluation has been entered in the system. Ensures all managers, supervisors and staff who are supposed to prepare handover notes are doing so, using the most updated form from SQM. Remind managers of any documents to be submitted and deadlines to be met.


• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Costume Design & Technology or Theatrical Management preferred; or any equivalent combination of relevant and work-related skills and experience;

• Minimum 2 years costume shop management in theatrical costume building and alteration,


• Minimum 2 years of experience as wardrobe supervisor, or assistant on tour in summer stock companies


• Minimum 2 years of cruise ship experience as wardrobe supervisor or theatrical wardrobe stitcher.
