A Cruise Director is a multi-talented individual who is a manager, a planner and an interactive host delivering world class experiences to hundreds of thousands of guests every year. A Cruise Director needs to have an overall vision of the entire cruise vacation product and oversee the guest flow and experiences all while presenting a fun and inclusive attitude that everyone can connect with. With a team of up to 70 staff and managers from all over the world, a Cruise Director develops and executes revolutionary shows, events and experiences all to ensure an unforgettable vacation to our guests. Overseeing the development of staff and managers, executing budgets and being able to meet the needs of ever changing guest demographics while holding yourself to the highest standards and being the face of the brand, is all part of this exciting role. A Cruise Director has a direct impact on every aspect of the onboard guest vacation experience, and we are looking for the right people to fit this incredibly rewarding and fast pace position.
